The consultation manager was kind, and the doctor was kind too. However, they did not explain how the surgery would be performed or anything like that (of course, I did not ask either), and just said that for my eyes right now, it would be good to do all three: front, back, and lower canthoplasty. But they did not force it. The surgery went well, and people around me say my eyes look prettier, but one part of the outer canthoplasty on one eye is attached a little in a D shape, which is a bit annoying. It is barely noticeable unless I look closely in the mirror, though.
