I went in for a consultation wanting non-incisional canthoplasty, and unlike other places, they didn't send annoying reminder texts before the visit or bother me with confirmation texts or calls. Neither the doctor nor the consultation manager pushed other areas or excessively encouraged procedures or surgery unless I asked first. Maybe the trend has changed these days, but many places bring up the cost first, whereas here the manager said we'd talk about costs after the doctor's consultation. The manager wasn't overly friendly, but spoke clearly, which made me trust them even more and decide to proceed with surgery. They also made a firm promise about postoperative issues. I liked the part where they said the surgery is my choice and that they are just helping with the guidance. It's truly a hospital that does not pressure you to have surgery.
