The consultation manager was reasonably kind, and the director was relaxed during the consultation and listened well to my questions and requests. For some reason he felt warm and comforting, so I asked a lot of things. Since this was a place a friend had used, I decided to get it done here, and the results came out naturally, so I’m satisfied.
