I had back-and-bottom canthoplasty! What I remember most is that they really did a thorough job with the consultation, and I remember them putting a lot of thought into it. Before that I had had an inner corner canthoplasty, but it seemed like it hadn't opened enough, and my double eyelids were an in-out on one side and an in-line on the other, so I was planning to open the in-line side a little more, but they talked me out of it here. Looking back now, I'm really glad I didn't do it. As for the back-and-bottom canthoplasty, maybe because I asked them to make it natural, I was satisfied when it had only been a short time after surgery, but now it looks like it has all fused back together and gone back to how it was originally. It seems to be a feature of back-and-bottom canthoplasty.. they said it would stick back together back then, but since I asked for it I don't really have any complaints
