I went for a consultation for revision eye surgery. The director was kind, and every time I asked a question they would mark the line for me, which was pretty good. There were quite a few people, and instead of pushing me to do it no matter what, they seemed to want to understand my needs first, which I liked. When discussing a semi-out line, they marked the line several times.
