I went for a consultation about double eyelid revision surgery, and the VAT 10% and sleep-anesthesia fee of 110,000 won are separate. The event price only applies if you meet the review-posting condition: you have to post 4 reviews on the site and on plastic-surgery apps to lower it to the event price. My estimate is the regular quote for now. Both the director and the counseling manager were kind, and there was no pressure to book on the same day. I am not in a rush, so I plan to take my time, shop around, and look into it.
