The hospital overall had a calm atmosphere, so it didn't feel chaotic or anything, and personally I liked it. The surgeon is the type to say clearly, if something is needed then it's needed, and if not, then it's not. But it seems like they prefer a slightly flashy design. The wait before going in for the consultation wasn't that long, but after the manager consultation and before the surgeon consultation, there was a bit of a gap..
