I had non-incisional back and lower canthoplasty here in my early 20s. I asked them to make it as natural as possible, and even now nobody notices unless I say so. The price was also relatively affordable. It hasn't reattached or anything, but even though it was non-incisional, the outer corner of my eye ended up slightly like a square D shape. My impression changed a lot too. My eyes definitely got bigger.
