I had a consultation with the older of the two directors. I was really scared, and because I was thinking about future cosmetic surgery, I said I would not do Hi-Ko or Mis-Ko, But I got scolded for saying that nose wing reduction alone would absolutely not produce the shape I wanted, and I was turned away. The director seems to have a real specialty with nose wings since they only work on nose wings.
