I got a consultation when I was only thinking about the non-open method. The hospital was smaller than I expected and looked a bit old.. The good point was that it seemed nice that one director handles everything, but when it came to actually deciding, I have a wide nose and a short nose, and there just weren't enough photos of cases that were exactly similar to mine.. .
