A few years ago I had nostril reduction and Misko. I went because it was famous, and that day I consulted with the manager and the doctor and had surgery right away. The local anesthesia was really painful. Even though there was no dramatic change, I am reasonably satisfied. Misko deflated quickly, so that was a little disappointing.
