I went in planning to get tip cartilage tying, but I first consulted with the manager, not the director. She very firmly said that alar reduction would work much better for me, so I just went ahead and had alar reduction surgery. At the time I did not know much, but thinking about it now, I do not understand why the consultation manager gets to decide what procedure to do... Still, I was in a rush and did not even shop around, so I had it done here, and I am reasonably satisfied. Because I took good care of the scar myself, there is not much scar left.
