The manager’s consultation was completely infuriating.. Saying things like my face had this and that wrong, and that there was a lot to fix.. laughing while I was asking all sorts of questions.. this is the first hospital I’ve ever seen like this. They made me wait forever for the consultation too, so I think you should change the manager first.
