Even though I had booked a consultation, I ended up waiting more than two hours. When I asked when I could actually consult, there was no proper answer. I went in thinking only about my eyes, but the manager said my nose was more urgent than my eyes, so after that, when I visited other places, I ended up consulting about my nose too. When I consulted with the directors, the explanation of the surgery method was also very lacking.. (I only found that out after visiting other clinics) The surgery cost was also much higher than other hospitals.
