My goal was only naturalness. My eyes were a little raised and looked sharp, so I went for consultations about outer canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery, but they recommended inner canthoplasty instead of outer canthoplasty. The doctor was kind, and for the first week after surgery I thought it had gone well, but over time I noticed that the double-eyelid line had been made slightly uneven.. one side is higher. The inner canthoplasty is also a little different on both sides. But my goal was naturalness, so even the unevenness feels natural, so I guess I'll just live with it like this.. haha
