I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery, and even though I went through an acquaintance, it was still the most expensive price. I really liked the result photos from the doctor who handles noses. But they said I absolutely had to use autologous costal cartilage, and there were so many things to do before the general anesthesia, like tests before anesthesia, that it was overwhelming and scary. The moment I asked whether ear cartilage or something else could be used, they said no. The director seems to have a very firm insistence on their own surgical method.
