You spoke very well and seemed full of confidence, so I trusted you. The manager was also very kind and gave a good consultation. It did not feel like you were pushing me to have surgery, but rather that you were advising me well on where and how things could be improved. I also looked at a lot of before-and-after photos, and it seems like dramatic results are possible.
