I made a consultation appointment and went, but the director was in surgery so I couldn't see them. If that was going to happen, they should have told me in advance. I only consulted with the counseling director, but none of it got through to me. Next time, if the doctor's consultation isn't available, I wish they would at least say so beforehand. --
