It was good only until before Hong Jin-ju expanded the clinic. It got bad after Jj expanded the clinic and started working with other doctors. Even when I said I wanted to be treated by the director, it seemed like they used another doctor. When it came time for touch-ups or follow-up checks, another doctor always came, which made me sure. Usually, isn’t the surgeon the one who checks the progress after surgery? I clearly said I wanted to be treated by Director Hong Jin-ju, and when I asked the clinic, they said Director Hong Jin-ju did the surgery, but I couldn’t understand why I never got to see her even once after the surgery....... Since other doctors kept coming, I even suspected that they had put me under anesthesia and used another doctor. The result wasn’t that good either. Back when the director worked alone a long time ago, everything from follow-up checks to consultations was with her, so I really can’t understand it. After that I stopped going. When Director Hong Jin-ju ran the clinic alone, both my mom and I were satisfied. All procedures and surgeries after the expansion were unsatisfactory. My mom had an incision for eye lifting, but it had zero effect and only left a scar.
