They explained autologous dermis very confidently and in great detail. But every other hospital says it will all be absorbed, while only here they say a lot will remain, so I did not know what to believe T_T And when explaining, they played a YouTube video to show me, and I even had a moment of wondering, if they are just going to show me YouTube, why am I sitting here listening to the explanation? Also, the coordinator and the counter staff were not very professional, so I wondered whether the aftercare would be okay later. There was no consultation fee.
