I went in with very high expectations, so maybe that is why it felt underwhelming. The doctor was blunt, and although I do not know if he would do the surgery well, I wondered whether he would communicate well with the patient. The consultation manager and front desk staff were very strict about checking in so they would not miss reservations, but changing the time was absolutely not allowed. Also, there are so many consultation appointments by default that it is hard to even get one. I also did not feel any kindness. I am not questioning the doctor's expertise, but I think they need improvement on the service side. Their aftercare seems smaller than other hospitals too. The cost was higher than I expected, and there is a 5,000 won consultation fee.
