I was worried because it was my first procedure, but they consulted me kindly, and during the procedure I was tense because I was afraid it might hurt, but I held the ball they gave me in my hand and breathed through it while they did the procedure. Overall it was clean and kind, and once I got through the brief pain, the procedure settled in, the swelling went down, and I am completely satisfied. I plan to come here for my next procedure too lol
