The doctor was extremely kind and meticulous. Before the procedure, he also designed everything and performed it very carefully. The assistant inside was kind too. But the consultation manager was really bad. During the consultation, she only kept saying I should come often and kept trying to push additional payment, and if I asked anything else, her expression would freeze and it was obvious she was trying to get me to pay somehow. And when I came in after talking about certain things before the visit, she suddenly said they couldn't do it, so I told her twice that she should have told me in advance, but even though it was her mistake, she would absolutely not say sorry and just tried to shut me up somehow. Also, the waiting system is strange. If the procedure results are bad too, I don't think I'll ever go again.
