No skill and no effect. Even if you ask the front desk, they do not know anything. And no one explains anything, no one handles anything properly, so I ended up going to another hospital. Whenever I try to ask something, I can feel that they are annoyed, and it feels like this might be a hospital that gets a lot of complaints. Even when I do not say anything, the way they respond to patients already feels guarded in advance. Tiring.
