I got a procedure because I was worried about the fat under my chin, and it worked well. I think it lasted about 2 months. Looking back now, it was probably just that I gained weight and the fat under my chin showed up.. haha If you lose a lot of weight before the procedure, I think you'd be much more satisfied. I would go again.
