I went for a consultation and the overall atmosphere wasn't bad! There were a lot of people and it felt busy, so aside from being a little overwhelmed, the surgeon was kind and the staff were okay too. I asked a ton of questions about lower blepharoplasty, and they answered everything sincerely, which I liked^^
