I had a no-scar nose package done here, and I recently had a revision surgery. My midface did not get shorter, and as in the post by someone who had surgery here earlier, there was scar tissue packed inside my nose. During consultations for revision surgery, I found out it wasn't scar tissue but that the nasal cartilage had bent or collapsed. After surgery, breathing was uncomfortable, and because I was persuaded so much to do lip fat grafting, I did it, but my lips ended up over 3 cm thick, so I couldn't even take off my mask and everyone said I ruined my face.
