And I do not know if they cut away the columella, but that area got pulled far inward, and the tip of my nose dropped, so I could not breathe well because my nose was blocked. They were talking confidently to another consultation patient with the door open, but when I went in because there was a problem, they closed the consultation room door and stood a nurse next to them like she was a witness or a bodyguard while talking.
