This was a hospital I had on my candidate list while looking into double eyelid surgery. I went there knowing only the name, without looking up reviews, so I had no information at all. The consultation was with the director first and then the manager, and since it was my first consultation I was very nervous. The director drew the line for me and told me to ask questions if I had any, but I didn't know what to ask, and the director was also blunt, so I was flustered. After the quick consultation ended without much conversation, I went into the manager consultation. I actually talked a lot more with the manager, who explained things very thoroughly, and I liked that a lot. I almost decided to have my eyes done there because of the manager, but since the surgery itself would still be performed by the director, I couldn't make the choice..
