The consultation is short, but they recommend only what is necessary without extra fluff. When I asked questions, they listened calmly and answered me. The manager was also very good at listening and empathizing, so I felt comfortable during the consultation. Nothing extra, just incisional double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction (no ptosis). They only recommended the line that I wanted and that suited my eyes, so I felt trust.
