I had surgery there last year. It always seemed to be crowded. After waiting a bit, I first had a consultation with the doctor. They asked what line I wanted and tried out the markings, and then the cost part was discussed with the coordinator. On the day of surgery, they also tried out the line for about 30 minutes. Very carefully! Then we waited a bit and had the surgery. It did not hurt at all, and I think the director has a good aesthetic sense.
