The reason I am giving such a harsh score is T_T I did narrow down 3 places for consultations, but since I am a man, I actually went there intending to have surgery because this clinic had the most male reviews in another app and the results all looked pretty. Maybe because I had high expectations, I went there first. I had not prepared a list of questions, and I did not know much about eye surgery. I thought that during the consultation, the doctor would look at the patient's face and suggest a direction or explain a bit about eye surgery, but instead they just asked what I wanted, gave me a mirror, drew a double-eyelid line, and then asked if I had any questions, and that was it. It ended in under 5 minutes, to the point that I wondered if it was really over that fast, and then I consulted with the manager, who was extremely kind... T_T It is disappointing, but I do not think I will have surgery here......
