I had my parents get lower eyelid and upper eyelid surgery. The line made during the upper eyelid surgery was excessively high, and the sagging skin and fat of the lower eyelids were not removed clearly enough. My parents are now considering double-fold surgery and revision lower eyelid surgery. Honestly, at the consultation they mentioned my parents had protruding eyes and even tried drawing the line, so I thought they would do well... I do not know how they are with surgery for younger people, but for middle-aged patients I think they should think about eyelid design a bit more carefully.
