All the staff are kind. The consultation order is doctor then manager, which I liked. I had read reviews saying the doctor was blunt, so I prepared myself a bit. But rather than blunt, it may just be that he is more T than F, so that could be why it felt that way, He was professional and answered questions well, so it was fine. The consultation time was a little short, and the line was just drawn with a toothpick, which was disappointing, but they said the surgery might be possible without excessive treatment and without an incision, along the line I wanted.
