I had a consultation a very long time ago. It's been so long that I don't remember clearly, but the clinic was a bit small, and the director was relatively proactive in shaping my nose and explaining how the surgery would be done, so the consultation wasn't bad. I don't have any bad memories of the staff, so I think it was reasonably good.
