It had been famous for a long time, but I don't know why. I only had double eyelid surgery here about 15 years ago. I had partial incision surgery, but it left a thick scar and I ended up with hidden double eyelids, so later I had revision surgery at another hospital. My friend had the exact same surgery with partial incision on the same day, and she also ended up with hidden double eyelids. In the end, that friend also had revision surgery somewhere else.
