I had the surgery in 2017. The hospital was smaller than I expected, and the consultation felt rather perfunctory, so I went in without much expectation. When I was under anesthesia and in a dazed state, I remember hearing the sound of a radioˁ῁̥ˀ. The surgery was done by incision. I had eye correction, but there is no change in asymmetry or in how strongly I open my eyes. I wanted it to look natural, and once the swelling went down a bit, it was so natural that people around me didn't even realize I'd had double eyelid surgery. Still, because it wasn't flashy and looked plain, it doesn't give the feeling that my eyes became dramatically bigger or prettier.
