Three years ago I had front canthoplasty + fat removal. It turned out very naturally and beautifully, with no scar. At the time, it was the perfect surgery for me, who wanted my eyes to look bigger without double eyelid surgery. I was happiest with the result. The scar from the front canthoplasty is not visible at all now, and the scar from the fat removal is hidden by the eye crease.
