The waiting time was relatively short, and there were only 2-3 other people waiting. The director seemed to try to reflect the shape the patient wanted, and he explained things step by step and was fairly kind. But the consultation manager felt too old-school.. she asked where I had booked. It felt like she was steering me toward same-day booking, and when I asked about aftercare, she did not explain in detail and just said, of course, if a problem comes up, we’ll take care of it ..
