First, they did not take a CT scan. Since I have rhinitis, I really should have had a CT scan. The director spoke more as if he were saying, just do it this way and that way, rather than trying to explain things. Also, the consultation manager strongly pressured me to pay a deposit, so I had to keep repeating that I would think about it, and the waiting time was far too long.
