The manager was so kind I almost set a surgery date before even meeting the director I went without even a consultation appointment, so I couldn't meet the director because he was busy, but unlike other hospitals, the manager said that isn't necessary, and I was satisfied with the consultation itself because she spoke without exaggeration.
