I went in with much higher expectations than at other clinics. The consultation coordinator was super kind, which made me hesitate, but after the consultation with the director I left right away lol. It was the least polite clinic I have been to, and the doctor looked at the patient with something close to pity. They spoke as if their own opinion was the only possible solution. I do not think I will go a second time. And maybe it is just how this clinic is, but they kept talking about thread lifting. I even started to suspect whether they are not really specialized in the nose and eyes, but in lifting/lifting procedures... Even getting the deposit refunded was frustrating. When I asked about a refund, they said the deposit is nonrefundable and that I could only use that amount for dermatology procedures. I argued with them a lot over that, and I have never seen such a tiring place. If I had not had the recording, they would have just overcharged me.
