I only went for a consultation. If I put it nicely, the director has a straightforward style; if I put it badly, people who have been there will know what I mean. He speaks informally, and the reception staff also had the kind of attitude that felt like they were just working because they had to. The manager did not seem professional either. Even though I had a reservation, I waited almost an hour (and it was not peak season).
