1. The nose consultation was fine. The waiting time was a bit of a flaw, but I understand since there were that many people waiting.. 2. During the consultation, the director was humorous and professional. (Not in a soft, gentle way) 3. I knew the director's skills already, so I decided on surgery without worry. (The person who did my eye surgery before, and I am still satisfied now.)
