The director is extremely confident. They explained things well. The manager was also kind. But because the director is so confident, there is a slight sense of being less warm. Still, since it’s being handled professionally, it feels more professional than unfriendly.

When I first knew nothing about cosmetic surgery, I went because it was so famous haha. The hospital facilities were very good and neatly decorated. The staff were generally kind.. and the director was also warm and caring.
