I had cheekbone reduction in 2012, and at first my baby fat had not fully gone and the slight swelling made the shape look round and pretty, but after more than 5 years passed and the baby fat disappeared completely, the cheekbones are showing a bit again. There was no sagging of the cheeks, and they treated me pretty kindly overall.
