Including the consultation, the total wait time here was 3 hours, and the consultation with Director Oh ended in under 10 minutes. All my life I had only ever been told that my face was small, but this person was the first to tell me my head was big. I consulted because I wanted to reduce the protruding cheekbones, but it just left me feeling bad. It is unbelievably expensive too. They kept switching between formal speech and casual speech, which was scary and made it uncomfortable to ask questions freely.
