The consultation manager was completely rude. They made me feel so awkward about asking questions because they kept acting so annoyed. It was to the point that I wondered how someone could be that rude from start to finish. While I was talking with the doctor and wanted to ask about the surgery process, the consultation staff cut me off in the middle and said they would explain it. Maybe because I look younger than my age, they casually spoke to me informally. I was so annoyed I almost did the same. I don't really know the doctor's skill, but if the doctor is going to make the clinic successful, I think they need to replace the consultation staff first.
