The counselor was kind and made me feel comfortable. The director was kind, but seemed busy. The price was reasonable, but they recommended a canthoplasty that other places had not recommended, and the line was drawn a bit carelessly and spoken about vaguely, so I did not feel certain. There is a same-day booking discount.
