I went at the scheduled consultation time and was able to consult right away without waiting. First they took photos, then I consulted with the manager. After that I met the doctor right away, and he looked at my eyes directly with tools. I liked that he clearly said what could be done and what could not be done! However, when talking about the price, there was a feeling that they were a bit forceful about asking for a review
